1 General Terms

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the use of the 33bme platform and all its services. These terms will be considered a legal agreement between the user and 33bme.

By accessing the 33bme website, app or any related service, registering an account, or participating in any game, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To use the 33bme platform, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Minors are completely prohibited from opening an account or playing games on this platform. If false information is provided during age verification, the account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 Account Registration Rules

Each user may open only one account. The following conditions must be followed when registering an account:

• Accurate and up-to-date personal information must be provided — name, email, date of birth and mobile number.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is completely prohibited.
• If account details need to be changed, the support team must be contacted.

2.3 Identity Verification

33bme reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. For this purpose, a national identity card, passport or other official documents may be requested. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

3.2 General Bonus Rules

• A promotional offer applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is complete.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated.
• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period — the bonus will automatically expire at the end of that period.
• Restrictions on specific games or categories may apply when using a bonus.
• VIP cashback and other loyalty offers are provided at 33bme's sole discretion.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

33bme currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳200. While there is no upper limit on deposit amounts, identity verification may be required for large deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions apply when withdrawing:

• The same payment method used to deposit funds must be used for withdrawal.
• If an active bonus is present, withdrawals may be restricted until wagering is complete.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity, withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Gaming Policy

5.1 Fair Play Policy

33bme is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated by verified software providers and run impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination if detected:

• Playing games using software bots, automation tools or artificial assistance.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to server or network issues, an attempt will be made to restore the last saved state of the game. If restoration is not possible, the user's stake will be refunded. However, 33bme will not be liable for losses caused by internet disconnection.

6 Security and Fraud Prevention

6.1 Account Security

Ensuring the security of your account is your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

6.2 Suspicious Activity

33bme automatically monitors suspicious transactions or gaming activity. If unusual activity is detected on an account, the following steps may be taken:

• Temporarily suspending the account and launching an investigation.
• Requesting additional identity verification documents from the user.
• Placing suspicious transactions on hold.
• Notifying the relevant authorities where applicable.

6.3 SSL Protection

All data on the 33bme platform is secured through SSL encryption. Your personal and financial information is not disclosed to third parties.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33bme will not be liable for the following:

• Losses caused by the user's internet disconnection.
• Loss of account access due to the user's own negligence.
• Damage caused by third-party software or hacking (where there is no negligence on the part of 33bme).
• Service disruption due to technical errors or maintenance.
• Personal financial losses suffered by the user as a result of gaming.

8 Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may close their account at any time. To do so, the support team must be contacted. Any balance remaining in the account must be withdrawn before closure (subject to conditions being met).

8.2 Termination by 33bme

33bme may terminate or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Identification as a minor.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited.

9 Privacy and Data Protection
